These terms explain how you can use this website and what applies when you request a stairlift rental quote from us. They don’t replace the separate rental agreement you’ll sign before we install any stairlift.

You’re welcome to use this website to find out about our stairlift rental service and request a quote. Please don’t use it in any way that could damage, disable or interfere with the site, or attempt to access it using methods other than the interface and instructions we provide.
We try to keep all information on this site accurate and up to date, but we may change prices, availability or content at any time without notice.

Prices shown on this website (including any “from” prices) are indicative starting prices and may vary depending on your staircase, location and the equipment required. We confirm the final price after a survey, and requesting a quote doesn’t commit you to anything; you’re only bound once you accept a formal rental agreement.

If you go ahead with a stairlift rental, the full terms, including payment, duration, Warranty, and what happens if you need to cancel, are set out in a separate Rental Agreement, which you’ll review and sign before installation. If you enter into that agreement at a distance (by phone or online), UK consumer protection law may give you a legal right to cancel within a set period; the exact cancellation terms will be confirmed in that agreement.
